- It's 500 gram of daging ayam (saya bagian dada).
- It's 2 tangkai of daun kari.
- It's 2 sdm of bubuk kari.
- It's 100 ml of air.
- Prepare 200 ml of santan.
- You need 3 sdm of air asam jawa.
- It's 1 sdt of garam/ sesuai selera.
- Prepare 1/2 sdt of kaldu jamur.
- Prepare 1 sdt of gula pasir.

- It's 10 buah of cabe merah.

- Siapkan semua bahan,iris2 semua bumbu lalu blender hingga halus.
- Tumis bawang merah hingga harum,masukkan bumbu halus. Tumis hingga Tanak(mengeluarkan minyak).
- Masukkan bubuk kari, daun kari dan ayam.
- Aduk2 biarkan ayam pucat lalu masukkan air, tutup dan biarkan empuk dgn api sedang,kurleb 30 menit sambil sesekali di aduk agarbtdk gosong.
- Setelah 30 menit dan air menyusut,tuang santan,air asam Jawa, gula, garam dan kaldu jamur.
- Masak sambil di aduk2 agar santan tdk pecah,biarkan hingga mengental, matikan kompor,dan gulai ayam Kojo siap di hidangkan.
